Pati Santos is a ARB / RIBA registered architect and WELL Accredited Profesional based in London since 2013.

She is the founder of the The Good Thing and has worked on a wide range of residential, cultural, public space and commercial projects, both led by herself and in collaboration with other practices. With over 15 year’s experience in the design sector, she places value on providing creative solutions to meet the needs of every client, experimenting with materials and with a focus on the well-being of people and nature.

 

Pati worked for Lily Jencks Studio and JencksSquared during seven years which were crucial to expand her career developing a number of international residential and landscape projects, which have been widely recognised with different prestigious awards. Previously, she co-founded the multidisciplinary practice equipopropio in Spain.

She is also a Lecturer in the BA(Hons) Architecture at Central Saint Martins where she explores, with her students, health and well-being, ecology and domesticity. She is frequently invited to other universities and has also taught at Cambridge University.

She has recently been shortlisted for the RIBAJ Rising Stars 2020 award.
